Jaumave is a small town south of Ciudad Victoria, the capital of the state of Tamaulipas, México. In this place you can see Military Macaws in the wild, they go down from the mountains to Jaumave every morning during the winter months to feed from walnuts trees which every house in town seems to have.

El Taray is a sanctuary for the Maroon Fronted Parrot, it is located two hours southwest from the city of Monterrey NL, México but it is closed for the general public.
